    The E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Kijibae will play a key role in optimizing our Shopify and Amazon stores and executing digital marketing tactics to drive growth and engagement, with the primary goal of acquiring new customers. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this individual will focus on paid performance marketing, email, SMS, and SEO strategies, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and resonate with the Kijibae audience.


    Performance Marketing:

    • 📈 Own, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition.

    • 📝 Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.

    • 📊 Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    • 🔍 Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.

    • 📈 Regularly monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for growth and adjusting strategies to align with evolving algorithms.


    Email and SMS Marketing:

    • 📧 Own, develop, and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

    • 🎯 Segment audiences and create targeted campaigns tailored to customer behavior and lifecycle stage.

    • 📊 Monitor and report on campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future strategy.


    Data and Reporting:

    • 📊 Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards.

    • 🧮 Gather and analyze data across email, SMS, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    • 📈 Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director with recommendations for optimization.


    Requirements:

    • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns is a MUST.

    • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, email, and SMS.

    • Proficiency in eCommerce marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • High proficiency in English (native level).

    🔹 Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination

    • Work closely with factories and suppliers to manage production timelines

    • Oversee inventory planning and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels

    • Manage relationships with shipping carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners

    • Monitor and manage production costs to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses

    🔹 Logistics & Shipping Management

    • Oversee order fulfillment, warehousing, and delivery

    • Coordinate domestic and international shipments (B2B & B2C)

    • Work with shipping carriers (DHL, freight forwarders) to secure the best rates and resolve delivery issues

    🔹 Amazon Operations & FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)

    • Manage Amazon inventory and shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers

    • Oversee FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes

    • Monitor Amazon account health, stock levels, and performance metrics

    🔹 Import/Export & Compliance

    • Develop a shipping and export strategy to optimize international deliveries

    • Manage import/export documentation (customs clearance, invoices, HS codes, etc.)

    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations

    🔹 Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization

    • Implement logistics automation tools and inventory management systems

    • Manage customer support operations, implement resolution strategies, and enhance service efficiency

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or import/export (preferably in e-commerce or beauty)

    • Fluent in Korean & English (spoken & written)

    • Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping carriers, and customs regulations

    • Experience working with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and manufacturers

    • Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in beauty or cosmetics industries

    • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central & FBA, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP tools

    • Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics

    • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
