what is the casting timeline?
1st Week of the Month: Newsletters are sent
2nd - 4th Week: Casting in Progress
1st & 2nd Week of Collab Month: Packages & Content Guidelines are sent.
How do I know if I was selected?
If you are selected, we will send the Content Guidelines via email. Products & Content Guidelines are sent on a rolling basis depending on when casting for that brand finishes. We ship products weekly so if you apply in August, you may not get an email until mid-September depending on when that brand was shipped.
If the collab month passes and you have still not gotten a content guideline email, you can assume you were not selected. If you receive a product first. Your email will likely come in the same week.
Are there specific casting requirements? Why am I not getting picked? 🙁
As we receive thousands of applications per campaign, typically those who apply earlier have a higher chance of being selected. In addition to timeliness, brands also have specific campaign requirements regarding number of followers, social platform, location of creator and various elements regarding your social profile. After considering all of these factors, we choose the best candidates per campaign.
Many campaigns are platform-specific. If the platform you applied with does not match the campaign requirements, you will not be selected. However, in the case that you are open to collaborate on both platforms, please choose the option for both platforms.
Please note that it may take several attempts to be selected for a campaign. If you think that you are a good fit for the campaign, please continue to apply.
Why are most campaigns targeting the United States? Why is my country never listed?
While our agency works with different countries, many of our brands seek to create English-language content targeting English speaking countries. For example, most brands focus primarily on the U.S. market which is why that is the primary location for our campaigns. In the case that the brand is seeking to do a global campaign, we are limited to the countries in which we are able to ship to without issue.
Are there any paid opportunities with BAZZAAL?
Our campaign newsletter we send is typically for unpaid seeding collaborations. At the top of each newsletter, you will see whether the campaign is unpaid or if there are special conditions for that newsletter. HOWEVER, please note that paid opportunities are a minority of collaborations that we offer.
Why do I keep receiving newsletters?
Our newsletter is sent to people who have subscribed to it. We send our collaborations to our lists on a monthly basis. In the circumstance that you would no longer like to receive the newsletters, please feel free to unsubscribe with the link at the top or bottom of the newsletter.
Is there an age restriction for BAZZAAL campaigns?
We currently do not have an age restriction for our campaigns.
